The Medicare Quality HelpLine App uses innovative SmartPhone technology to make it easy for Medicare patients and their caregivers to contact Livanta when they have a concern about the quality of care they receive.

By downloading the app, you will have quick and easy access to Livanta’s call center representatives who will listen to and address your concerns and determine if you received treatment and services that met quality of care standards. Livanta provides this assistance for Medicare patients at no charge to promote Better Care, Healthier People, and Smarter Healthcare Spending.
